It was a day like this when 2 good friends of mine prompted me to discover the music world of Adagio. Soon after that I was holding in my hands their first album Sanctis Ignis. From the very first note I realized that this band was special. I was surprised by Stephan Forte's maturity in composing and his amazing skill on guitar. (Master Yngwie is behind all this I think).

Recently I got in my hands his second release. I put it on the cd - player and suddenly…BOOM! "What the h..l is that?" I said. Melodic, "neoclassical" power metal has become more technical-oriented and Adagio's talent was the reason for this evolution. No need to say that progressive metal fans will also be amazed by this masterpiece. No more words!!! All of you fans of, Symphony X, Royal hunt, Dream theater and most of all Malmsteen discover the majestic sound of this band.
