To me firehouse isn't just anther good band, but a melodic hard and heavy phenomenon. Discovered by Jon Bon Jovi, they start their musical career near the end of the 80's and since the very start they achieved great numbers in the sales and they began their unstoppable live tours all over the world (but not Greece since this country belongs to another planet!).

Time passes by and their music becomes less popular, since the band's photo is withdrawn for the front covers of the magazines and their songs can't reach the top of the charts anymore. But Firehouse refused to sacrifice their music in order to earn a new contract with a big mainstream label. On the contrary they decided to stay on their initial course and release their music through their own label, formed exactly for that purpose.

"Prime Time" is the band's latest offering, released in Greece back at the start of the Olympic year of 2004 and it proves once again who holds the scepter of melodic hard and heavy. Smart melodic riffs and catchy refrains are its main characteristics. It's undoubtedly their best and slightly heavier record and one of the year's best.

My biggest dream is to arrange a summer festival on a Greek beach dedicated only to hard'n'heavy music, with Firehouse as headliner. I'm pretty sure I'll make my dream true one day. I only ask from you to prepare yourselves for that day by seeking all of their releases starting with the amazing "Prime Time"
