After almost six years the Polish act Cemetery of Scream strikes back with their newest album "The Event Horizon". To be honest with you, I hadn't the chance to listen to any of their previous works, so this is the first sample that I heard from this band. Cemetery of Scream, have more than a decade of existence and definitely they know what they want from their album. Musically they walk in gothic / doom metal paths, with male and female vocals.

Musically they have many commons from bands that come from this kind of metal, but above all they have put inside their well worked compositions their personal sound. So with their main influences and their personal sound, we have a unique album. Definitely "The Event Horizon" is an above average album and it will satisfy every fan of gothic / dark metal. I think it is a very good come back album from Cemetery of Scream.
