Mr. Jeff's
statements during the recordings of
"Schizo Deluxe" predisposed
me to listen to something really great.
Vainly, since listening to their last
of work, all you get is a big disappointment.
Unfortunately none of the songs is
able to stand next to any of the previous
ones. Maybe this album is especially
for guitarists, since there is an
incredible job on riffs and solos.
If you are not a musician you can
just recognize Jeff's abilities,
but hardly will he makes you listen
to the album again as pleasurably
as you listen to the pentad of the
Annihilator releases. If you are worshippers
of Annihilator's five albums
I don't think that you will
be satisfied by "Schizo Deluxe"
as a release.
Bottom Line: I think that Annihilator
are in a cadent wind as far as the
quality of the releases is concerned.
I hope that "Schizo Deluxe"
is the last piece of decline.
