A Russian band we got here, quite old one but still unknown to the western world. That's their first mCD after 4 full-length albums in the death metal vein (or close to it), and probably indicative of a new musical direction in their music. It's only 10 fucking minutes, but I can clearly (thanks to the good production, especially the bass sounds killer) categorize them among numerous modern acts that are based upon the rhythm guitar work. Which is not fascinating at all, listening to such a simple & monotonous work from a band that exists since 1992. The 3rd song "Powdering Squeeze" is a bit more melodic and satisfying but can't be named as the life buoy that'll save Grenouer from drowning in the boundless ocean of modern metal acts.
