Aisling hail from
Italy and "Trath na Gaoth"
is their latest mini cd released back
in 2003. It is two years old but I
think that their music can stand these
days too. Even if it has a huge minus, talking
about the production, all other things
are almost perfect.
So what do we have
here? Three songs which travel us
a trip to the pagan metal with a lot
of symphonic elements. For those who
don't know, pagan metal is a mixture
of black metal with some traditional
music elements which usually are the
music from the ancient age where man
lived in a perfect harmony with the
nature.
Personally I love
all these three tracks from their
latest release, but because of the
production, the whole result isn't
so good. Sometimes you can barely
hear all the instruments. I wish that
Aisling, with their next release,
will improve in this section, because
in the section of the music, they
are almost perfect, with very clever
ideas inside the songs and well worked
compositions. Also the change between
the black metal vocals and the clean
ones are very clever.
If you like pagan
metal and you want to hear a good
piece of this music you must contact
with the band in their e-mail : info@aislingweb.it
in order to purchase it, because Aisling
deserves your help. Support the undeground
pagan metal and generally the underground
metal. |
