Well, I've listened to this demo lots of times, and my opinion is pretty much the same: I don't really like it. There are some good moments in it, and I can say I like the first two songs, but in the end I find their nu-metal-kind-of style difficult to enjoy. I know there’s lots of you out there that like slow and ultra low-tuned guitar riffs, and rest assured you won't hear any hip-hop vocals here, only growls, the songs do have a sinister aura (they're Norwegians, what else did you expect?), but again… their material was a bit tiring for me. I must admit they have a sound of their own, they need to work on it even more and I'm pretty sure we'll have a lot of good things to expect from them. "Phi" is downloadable from the website of the band, so you can make up your won mind. Until then...
